While this review doesn't take into account every aspect of this CRM system, and there are many other advanced features for customers to take advantage of, this AI review focuses specifically on the AI elements, which we have tested first-hand to see whether or not they are up to scratch.
As Close is a CRM platform first and foremost, the AI tool is idea for any small businesses or solo entrepreneurs that need to quickly turn around email responses, and don't have time to craft detailed and personalized ones from scratch.

The first AI integration on offer within Close is Fireflies, which offers you a voice assistant and transcription tools to help automate your team's workflow.
With this integration added, each call gets automatically logged in Close under the right contact. You will then also get a link to your transcript, audio recording and brief notes, allowing you to review the key points and follow up accordingly.
The second AI feature on offer is Close GPT, which is Close's version of ChatGPT. Essentially, it is a link to ChatGPT, where Close is integrated, to combine the benefits of both platforms and 'Leverage the power of AI to navigate your company's relationships with prospects and customers faster than ever before.'
To access this integrated platform, you will need to have a ChatGPT Plus membership, as the free version of ChatGPT doesn't allow for these types of integrations.
